Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • Europe: Including but not limited to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, and other EU countries.

For customers outside our standard shipping area, please contact our customer support at info@gecko-tracks.com for further assistance.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping service:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery within 72 hours (3 business days) for most European countries.

Delivery times are estimated based on the time of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, and external factors such as customs delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are determined based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery on orders over a specific amount (please check the current threshold on our website).

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, customs processing) may cause delays. Gecko-Tracks is not responsible for delays due to external factors.

7. Custom Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges that are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for further information.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will notify you:

  • You may request a reshipment (additional shipping charges will apply), or
  • You may request a refund for the order (minus shipping costs).

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@gecko-tracks.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging to help us process your claim.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Gecko-Tracks. We aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the return process.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or special order products
  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear and tear
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at info@gecko-tracks.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  4. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error).

4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the item you purchased does not match the description, you are eligible for an exchange:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is still in stock. If it is not available, we will offer a refund or a store credit.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return was due to an error on our part.
